About this gathering
In yogic philosophy, sattva names a quality of clarity and illumination. Sattva — The Art of Inner Harmony is a 21-day invitation to cultivate a clearer mind, a steadier heart, and a way of living that supports what matters to you.
Through daily Kundalini Yoga, breath, mantra, meditation and practical reflection, we tend the conditions in which inner harmony can grow — on the mat and through your next meal, conversation, decision and moment of rest.
Over three weeks we move through ten expressions of inner harmony — clarity, harmony, lightness, simplicity, nourishment, a conscious environment, beautiful speech, integrity in relationships, a calmer mind and harmonious rhythms — each an opportunity to make one thoughtful adjustment and observe what changes.
Held in English. Daily live practice is online with an in-person option, and all sessions are recorded so you can follow when you cannot attend live.
