The agreement between you, the people you gather with, and the platform. Written in plain language, and updated as the community grows.
My Spiritual Circles is a marketplace that connects seekers with facilitators, organisers and venues. We provide the platform, discovery, booking and payments; the gathering itself is delivered by the facilitator, not by us.
Gatherings must be safe, consensual, lawful, and honestly described. Facilitators are responsible for the care of those who attend, for accurate listings, and for holding any qualifications or insurance their work requires.
Free gatherings cost nothing to list or attend. On paid bookings the platform takes 9%, shown on every line. There is no monthly fee and no charge on free events.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Facilitators receive payouts to their connected Stripe account after the platform fee; funds for a paid booking are held and released according to the listing's terms.
Free places can be released any time. Paid bookings follow the refund policy — 48 hours for events by default, and each retreat's own published terms. See the Refunds & cancellations page for detail.
Keep communication and payment on the platform, so there is a record if anything goes wrong. Never send payment outside a booking. Harassment, misrepresentation, or unsafe practice can remove a listing or an account.
Spiritual, movement and breath practices are not a substitute for medical or psychological care. Tell a facilitator about relevant health conditions before you attend, and consult a professional where appropriate.
We store the minimum needed to run bookings and payouts, and keep your practice log private to you. See the Privacy page. You can request deletion of your account at any time.
We are not a party to the gathering and do not control what happens at it. To the extent the law allows, the platform's liability is limited; facilitators and attendees are responsible for their own conduct and choices.
These terms will evolve as the platform grows. Material changes will be notified, and continued use means acceptance.
