Notification timing

Nothing from us reaches you while you are sitting

A phone that lights up in a silent room is our failure, not yours. Notifications wait outside the gathering and arrive together when it ends.

Held until it ends

Everything waits, and arrives together the moment the gathering closes.

A new booking, or a place opening up
A payout landing in your account
Someone following you, or a message about another gathering
A reminder for a gathering that is not this one
Anything about money, growth, or someone else’s room
Breaks through, always

Three things, and they all concern the room you are in. Nothing else is urgent enough to interrupt a practice.

The person holding this room
A message the facilitator sends to everyone in the gathering you are sitting in.
A change to this gathering
A moved start, a new door, or a cancellation of the room you are about to enter.
A safety note from the space
The one thing urgent enough to reach a phone in a silent room.

If you are the one holding the room

A facilitator’s phone is silenced by the same rule, from the listed start time until you mark the gathering closed. The door register keeps working with no signal, so late arrivals can still be admitted without anything reaching you.

Door register works offline
Names cached before you arrive. Marks sync when you have signal again, so late arrivals are admitted without anything reaching you.
No live counter
We do not show you registrations ticking up mid-gathering. Watching numbers changes how you teach.
You close the room
Silence ends when you mark the gathering closed, not on the clock. Run long without penalty.

What we cannot make quiet

Your bank’s card alerts, the calendar invite your own phone made from our email, and anything a co-participant sends you outside the platform are not ours to hold. We say so here rather than promise a silence we cannot deliver. If a room needs to be phone-free, say it in the listing — that instruction reaches people before they arrive, which is the only thing that actually works.
