How money moves when plans change. Facilitators may set stricter or gentler terms on retreats and multi-day programmes — those are shown on the listing and take precedence.
Nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund. Release your place any time and it returns to the community — someone on the waitlist can take it.
Unless the listing says otherwise, you may cancel up to 48 hours before the start for a full refund. Inside 48 hours the place is generally non-refundable, because the facilitator has planned and often paid for the room around it.
These carry the facilitator's own published terms — typically a non-refundable deposit, with the balance refundable up to a stated date. The exact windows appear on the listing and in your booking confirmation, and are applied automatically.
On a normal cancellation the platform fee is included in what is returned to you. Where a facilitator's terms retain part of a payment, the fee applies only to the amount they retain.
If a gathering is cancelled by the facilitator or the venue, you are refunded in full — including the platform fee — usually within a few hours.
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, they typically appear within 5–10 business days.
If something went wrong, message the facilitator first — the record stays on the platform. If it cannot be resolved, write to support@myspiritualcircles.com and we will look into it.
