Get found for retreat work

Organizers planning a residential need someone for real dates in a real place. If you have said when you are free and where you would go, they can find you — and ask you directly, without going through anyone.

We are not promising you work and we cannot tell you how many will ask. What we can say is that nobody pays to appear, nothing is boosted, and an enquiry costs you one word to answer.

How it works

   Turn it on

   One switch on your facilitator page. It is off until you turn it on, and only organizers with a retreat already in draft ever see it.

   Say when, and where

   How much notice you need — 6 weeks unless you say otherwise — and the places you would travel to. “Anywhere if travel is covered” is a real answer.

   Answer in a word

   An enquiry arrives with dates and a place. Yes or no. Nothing happens until you say yes, and nothing is held against you if you say no.

It lapses after 90 days on its own. We would rather it went quiet than told somebody you were free when you had stopped looking.

What an enquiry actually is

Dates, a place, and the shape of the thing. Nothing about money — that conversation comes after, only if you both want it to.

That is the whole of it. The fee, the travel, whose room — all of that is a conversation you have afterwards, in your own words, and only if you said yes.

What stays yours

• ◦You can hold three open enquiries at once. The rest wait until one closes, so nobody is asked six things they have to keep track of.
• ◦Saying no costs you nothing, is never counted, and is never shown to anyone. Nobody is told they were filtered out.
• ◦The women-only filter lists only facilitators who chose to be findable by it. It is yours to turn on and we never infer it.
