Prakash Chegu returns to El Ganzo for a week of Kundalini, meditation, Ayurveda, and conscious connection. Through sunrise Kundalini, sunset meditation, explorations of the Doshas, and conversations around love and relationships, this residency invites us to slow down, reconnect, and discover simple practices for everyday balance.
