About this gathering
As one year closes and another prepares to open, there is a quiet, powerful window where the nervous system, subconscious and emotional body are especially receptive. Across yogic, Ayurvedic and ancient wisdom traditions, this period is recognized as a threshold—a pause between cycles, when the old has loosened but the new has not yet fully formed. Community Week is a free, open offering created to support this transition through regulation, coherence and shared practice. Winter naturally pulls energy inward, making the nervous system more sensitive as motivation slows and unresolved emotions and fatigue surface. Going inward does not mean collapsing inward. Without support, many people unconsciously carry the residue of the previous year forward, recreating old patterns before the new cycle even begins. Throughout the week, Kundalini Yoga is used as a technology of regulation and integration, supporting nervous system stabilization, emotional clearing without overwhelm, grounded vitality, mental clarity and energetic resilience during the seasonal low light. Shared practice co-regulates the nervous system faster, softens isolation without social pressure and reminds the body it is safe, seen and supported. Held live online for global community from December 27, 2025 to January 2, 2026, at the same time each day, this free offering helps you begin the year from steadiness rather than urgency. No prior experience is required.
