About this gathering
You've spent years searching for peace, purpose, and clarity—in practices, people, and paths. But what if the light you seek was never lost? The Light Within is a 21-day sadhana to help you remember your divine radiance—to reconnect with your soul's inner glow beyond stress, self-doubt, and the noise of the world. Through kundalini kriyas, sacred chant, candlelight, and breath, you'll awaken the light that has always been shining inside you. You don't become the light—you remember that you already are. Each morning, we begin before dawn—the sacred Amrit Vela, when the veil is thin and the soul is clear. Together we practice Bhakti and Shakti mantras to align with Infinity, Tratakam to awaken the third eye and inner vision, Sat Nam Wahe Guru to remember the truth of who you are, and the Light Journal to record moments of illumination and grace. Each session combines kriya, meditation, and mantra—tuning your body and mind into divine frequency. The 21 days move through three phases: Awakening the Flame (reconnect with your essence, cleanse the aura), Embodying the Light (anchor luminosity into heart and breath, integrate calm into your daily rhythm), and Becoming the Beacon (live as light—radiate love, clarity, and presence into the world). This sadhana bridges ancient wisdom and modern science, drawing on the Upanishads, the Bhagavad Gita and Japji Sahib alongside neuroscience findings on chanting, candle gazing, and heart-brain coherence. In a world overwhelmed by noise, this journey is your sacred reset—a return to clarity, peace, and purpose.
