About this gathering
Shringar is the art of sacred refinement — the conscious cultivation of beauty, presence, devotion, clarity, and inner radiance. This is not about appearance, performance, or becoming someone else. It is about remembering that your life is a temple, your body is sacred, your energy is precious, and your presence can become an offering. For 21 days, we enter a deep Kundalini Yoga journey to refine the body, purify the mind, soften the heart, strengthen the nervous system, and awaken the subtle radiance that already lives within you. In the yogic and devotional traditions, Shringar is associated with beauty, adornment, grace, love, and sacred preparation—but at its deepest level it is devotion, the way we prepare ourselves to meet the Divine. The 21-day journey unfolds in three movements: the Art of Purification (clearing the inner temple—the mind, nervous system, speech, and energetic clutter), Cultivating Grace (softening into presence through the heart, compassion, gratitude, and emotional elegance), and Becoming Magnetic (embodying refinement through radiance, discipline, love, devotion, and authentic magnetism). This is not a journey of fixing yourself. It is a journey of refining what is already beautiful within you. You do not need to be flexible or have Kundalini Yoga experience—only sincerity, willingness, and a desire to meet yourself more beautifully.
