About this gathering
Prana Code™ is a complete 21-day Kundalini Yoga journey into the science of living energy. Together, we explore how prana is received, generated, circulated, protected, concentrated and consciously directed—so that your energy becomes available for healing, creativity, prosperity, relationship, service and dharma. This is not simply a program for having more energy; it is an invitation to become more available to life. Before you invest your time, attention, creativity, love or effort into anything, you invest your prana. When prana moves coherently, your breath becomes deeper, your mind becomes clearer, your body feels more available, and your actions begin to reflect your deeper intention. When it is depleted, obstructed or scattered, even simple things can feel heavy. The Sadhana follows a deliberate three-stage journey: Stop the Leaks (recognize where your life force is being unconsciously spent), Build the Current (strengthen your capacity to receive, generate and circulate vitality), and Direct the Current (gather your energy around what is worthy of your attention, devotion and life). This progression allows vitality to grow through coherence, not pressure. Each live class weaves together Kundalini Yoga, pranayama, meditation, mantra, yogic philosophy and a lived daily experiment. No previous course, Sadhana or Kundalini Yoga experience is required.

Common questions
Do I need previous Kundalini Yoga experience?
No. Prana Code™ is open to beginners and experienced practitioners. Each practice will be explained clearly, with space to adapt according to your body and capacity.
Is Prana Code™ connected to another course?
Prana Code™ is a complete, self-contained journey. Prana, Ojas and Tejas are explored together because they provide a richer understanding of yogic and Ayurvedic energetics—not because another program is required. You do not need to have completed any previous course or Sadhana.
Do I need to attend every class live?
Live participation is encouraged because rhythm, accountability and the collective field are important aspects of Sadhana. However, recordings will be available if you cannot attend live.
How long will I have access to the recordings?
Your enrollment includes ongoing access to the Prana Code™ recordings through the course platform. You may return to the practices and complete the 21-day journey at your own rhythm.
Can I join after the live Sadhana has begun?
Yes. You can use the recordings to complete any classes you have missed and continue the journey at the rhythm that supports you. After the live Sadhana concludes, Prana Code™ will remain available as a complete self-paced course.
What equipment will I need?
Please have a yoga mat or comfortable practice surface, a meditation cushion or folded blanket, water, a journal and pen, comfortable clothing, and a quiet space in which you can breathe, move and meditate.
Is this an intense physical program?
The nature of the practices will vary. Some classes may be strengthening and energizing. Others will be breath-centered, meditative, reflective or deeply regulating. You will always be encouraged to listen to your body and modify where necessary.
What if I miss several days?
Return as soon as you can. Sadhana is not about perfection. It is about renewing your relationship with practice. The recordings allow you to complete missed sessions in your own time.
Can I join if I live in another time zone?
Yes. Prana Code™ is a global online experience. You may attend live where the schedule permits or practice with the recording when another time better supports your daily rhythm.
Can I join if I have a medical condition?
Kundalini Yoga and pranayama may include physical movement, strong breathing patterns and periods of breath suspension. If you are pregnant, managing a medical condition, recovering from surgery or uncertain whether a practice is appropriate, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
Is Prana Code™ religious?
No. The Sadhana draws from yogic philosophy and Kundalini Yoga technology while welcoming participants from all spiritual, religious and secular backgrounds.
