This Kundalini Yoga workshop will guide you to clear those blocks, awaken your heart, and raise your vibration so love flows through every cell of your being. Known as the Yoga of Awareness, it works on every level of your being — physical, energetic, mental and emotional, and spiritual — activating the heart chakra, arc line, and aura, the energetic fields most connected to love and attraction.
In this workshop you'll practice a Heart Chakra Activation Kriya, chant So Purkh to clear karmic relationship residue, meditate with Guru Ram Das for compassion and healing, use breathwork to dissolve fear of intimacy, and end with a deep relaxation and sound bath to seal the energy.
