About this gathering
Kairos is a 21-day Kundalini Yoga sadhana designed to cultivate discernment, nervous-system stability, and trust in timing as intelligence. This practice is not about doing more—it is about moving when movement is true, and resting when it is not. Most challenges in life do not arise from inaction; they arise from mistimed action. We act too early, we wait too long, we stay after something is already complete. Kairos exists to restore the ability to recognize when something is alive—and when it is not. Through daily Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and integration, Kairos trains you to wait without collapsing, act without forcing, withdraw without guilt, trust your body's sense of readiness, and release urgency, hesitation, and attachment. This is not intuition training alone; it is nervous-system training. Over 21 days, we explore three essential movements of right timing—Waiting Without Collapse (patience as intelligence), Action Without Force (movement aligned with clarity), and Withdrawal Without Guilt (completion as wisdom). These are not steps to complete in order, but states to recognize; you meet the one that is alive. The sadhana is informed by three planetary intelligences: Saturn (patience, containment, clean endings), Moon (emotional readiness, instinct, timing), and Jupiter (wise action, meaning, supported movement). Together they restore trust in timing as intelligence rather than impulse. Each session includes a Kundalini Yoga kriya, meditation, a brief teaching, and an integration cue for daily life.
