Vishuddha is purification through space, vibration, listening and truthful expression. Its maturity is not simply speaking more; it is allowing speech to arise from what has been digested, ethically held and accurately perceived. We study the sixteen vowels as powers of resonance, mantra as transformative installation and the four levels of speech: Para, Pashyanti, Madhyama and Vaikhari. Dakini and the Lalita Sahasranama bring the throat into an embodied field of nourishment, protection and sacred sound.
