About this gathering
The weekend begins by bringing your energy home. Before we can project clearly, receive fully or connect consciously, we first have to become present within our own field — gathered, grounded and awake.
This open community evening is an invitation into that coherence. Through Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, meditation, mantra and energetic awareness, we work with practical ways to draw scattered attention back into the body and restore a sense of inner steadiness. You'll feel the difference between a field that is leaking outward — reactive, tired, pulled in every direction — and one that is collected, magnetic and quietly present.
We'll explore how your energetic field is formed and influenced, the link between breath, attention and vitality, the nervous system as the foundation of real presence, and the aura, arcline and electromagnetic field that surround each of us. And we'll practise grounding that doesn't close you down — rooted and open at once.
This is the doorway into the weekend's deeper work, and it stands complete on its own: a full Kundalini Yoga experience to end your week gathered rather than scattered. It's complimentary, but advance registration is essential as space is limited. No previous experience is needed — come exactly as you are, and bring a friend.

Yes — this is a complimentary community evening. Advance registration is still essential, as space at the venue is limited.
Do I need any experience?
None at all. Everything is guided step by step, and all levels are welcome.
What should I wear and bring?
Comfortable clothes you can move and sit in, a yoga mat if you have one, water, and a light shawl or blanket for the final relaxation. A journal is nice but optional.
Can I come to Friday without the rest of the weekend?
Absolutely. Friday is complete on its own — and it's the natural doorway into Saturday and Sunday if you'd like to continue.
