About this gathering
Attraction can happen instantly. Intimacy asks for something deeper. Sunday brings the energetic presence you've built across the weekend into the field of human connection — why we're drawn to particular people, what the nervous system has learned to associate with love, and how unconscious patterns quietly shape the relationships we create.
The aim isn't to become more desirable, or to learn how to hold someone's attention. It's to stay open, truthful and discerning — fully connected to yourself while genuinely meeting another. Through Kundalini Yoga, breathwork and meditation, with practices for boundaries, communication and completing old relational patterns, we look honestly at how we choose, bond, protect and love.
We'll explore attraction, chemistry, compatibility and conscious choice; projection, fantasy and idealisation; why emotional unavailability can feel so magnetic; boundaries as self-respect, and vulnerability without self-abandonment; and conscious communication and repair after disconnection.
Individuals and couples are equally welcome — you do not need to arrive with a partner, and all paired practices are optional and consent-based. You'll leave with more clarity about your own patterns and practical ways to meet connection consciously. A full day, gently paced, with a proper break. No previous experience is required; everything is guided, and all levels are welcome.
