Kundalini Joga ili Joga Svesnosti je dinamična sinteza asana, pranajama, muzike, mantri i meditacija. Moćne kundalini krije nas brzo pokrenu, probude i pročiste, ali to iskustvo nije lako opisati, to treba doživeti. Tako je i sa kundalini meditacijama. Čišćenjem svoje podsvesti od nepotrebnih starih šablona svesno otkrivamo svoje potencijale i podstičemo svoje vrline. U osećaju jedinstva sa svemirom doživljavamo svu svoju prirodnu kreativnost.
Šunija je mesto između misli, osećanja, reči i dela - Šunija je doboko meditativno stanje uma, stanje apsolutne unutrašnje tišine, stanje u kome se isceljenje dešava samo od sebe.
Vikend seminar “Art of Shuniya” vodi Prakash Chegu, sertifikovani učitelj Kundalini joge i sertifikovani Sat Nam Rasayan healer.
Prakash je Amerikanac indijskog porekla koji na proputova
nju kroz Evropu prvi put dolazi u Srbiju. Na ovom seminaru istražićemo meditaciju iz drugačijeg ugla, koristićemo mantre, mudre, dinamične pokrete i pranajame, uz odgovarajuće krije za razrešavanje unutrašnjih konflikata, oslobađanje od stresa, iscrpljenosti i napetosti, jačanje nervnog sistema i pronalaženje nove snage i nove radosti.

locks and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity and purify the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind and soul.
Kundalini Yoga meditations affect change, break patterns, cultivate single-pointed concentration and ultimately Shuniya – the point of stillness.
In these lectures, you will explore meditation from a completely new point of view. Going beyond the familiar forms that limit our perception we can stabilize a state of Shuniya in ourselves that allows us to perceive reality as it is. Shuniya is deep meditative state of mind, state of absolute inner silence - state of mind where healing happens effortlessly.
