Art of Balance
At the very beginning of the spring, Integra Life Club takes us to the position of one of the highest peaks of Serbia, where we will meet unforgettable and infinite. This three-day seminar is devoted to deep work on yourself and your own balance at all levels.
The art of balance has undergone many transformations in these seven years of it's existence, and this year this process will be supported by the teacher of the original Kundalina yoga, Prakash Chegu, a certified Sat Nam Rasayan healer:
