Mudraci i mudri ljudi iz prošlosti su otkrili moćna vremena u godini i jedno od njih je Zimska kratkodnevnica. Zimska kratkodnevnica je proslavljana kao vreme obnove, preporoda i regeneracije. Sada, u ovim najmračnijim danima sezone, imamo priliku da kopamo duboko i da pozovemo naše najveće težnje u naše živote.
Solsticij znači da je Sunce postavljeno mirno ili da stoji, a Zimska kratkodnevnica je sjajna tišina, pre nego što se izgradi sunčeva snaga i dan postane duži. To može biti vreme za odmor i refleksiju. To je plodnost mraka iz koje se na kraju može pojaviti život. U drevnim vremenima i za nekoga danas, tama je duhovna kolevka u kojoj se Sunce ponovo rađa.
Ciklusi četiri godišnja doba su suštinski za zemlju i za sopstveni duhovni rast. Zima je p
osebno moćno vreme za rast, jer pruža priliku da se povučemo i uđemo unutra. Većina onoga što radimo zimi postavlja namere do kraja godine. Telo usporava tokom zime i vreme je da zaista saslušate sebe.
Na ovoj radionici radićemo i naučiti tehnike i alate za borbu protiv depresije, oporavljanje od depresije i postavićemo moćne namere za aktiviranje unutrašnjeg svetla i postizanje naših snova koji su usklađeni sa našom istinskom namerom.

The Winter Solstice has been celebrated as a time of renewal, rebirth, and regeneration. It is now, in these darkest days of the season, that we have a very real opportunity to dig deep and to invite our greatest aspirations into our lives.
Solstice means sunset still or standing, and Winter Solstice is the great stillness before the Sun's strength builds, and days grow longer. It can be a time to rest and reflect. It's the fruitful dark out of which new life can eventually emerge. In ancient times and for some today, the darkness itself is the spiritual cradle into which the Sun is reborn.
The cycles of the four seasons are essential for the earth and for our own spiritual growth. The winter especially is a powerful time for
growth as it provides an opportunity to retreat and go inward. Much of what we work on in the winter, set the intentions for the remainder of the year. The body slows down during the winter and it is time to really listen to yourself.
In this Workshop, we will practice and learn techniques and tools to fight depression, recover from depression and set powerful intentions to activate the inner light and achieving our dreams that are aligned with our true purpose.
