About this gathering
Anger, when left unprocessed, becomes stored tension in the body, emotional blockages, and even physical illness. But when properly channeled, anger can become a catalyst for growth, self-awareness, and personal empowerment. This 21-day Kundalini Sadhana is designed to help you release deep-seated anger, balance the fire within, and cultivate a state of peace, forgiveness, and emotional mastery. Each day includes a kriya to release stored anger, pranayama to cool, calm and reset the nervous system, meditation to dissolve reactive patterns and cultivate inner peace, mantra chanting to shift emotional energy, and a journaling prompt to reflect and process emotions consciously. Each week focuses on a different aspect of anger release: Acknowledging & Releasing Stored Anger, Cooling & Transforming the Fire Within, and Cultivating Emotional Mastery & Forgiveness. The journey culminates in a Day 21 Integration & Renewal Ceremony with a closing fire ritual and gratitude practice. Through this combination of Kundalini kriyas, breathwork, meditations, and mantras, you will clear suppressed anger from the subconscious, release stored tension from the body, balance the fire element (Pitta energy), strengthen the nervous system to handle emotions better, and transform frustration into clarity and inner power.
