About this gathering
The Winter Solstice is a moment of stillness—where light and darkness meet, and the nervous system pauses long enough to recalibrate. This community class is an invitation to step into that pause consciously. It is a point of suspension, a moment where the nervous system pauses long enough to reorganize itself. This is not a time to push forward but a time to return to alignment, with the body, the breath and the spine. The Solstice marks the lowest solar arc of the year, the longest night, and a biological and neurological inward pull. At this time the body naturally enters repair mode, emotional integration, subconscious reorganization and deep parasympathetic regulation. When this process is supported, clarity emerges naturally; when it is ignored, the system carries unfinished residue into the next cycle. During this guided Solstice practice, participants settle and regulate the nervous system, gently align the spine and central channel (Sushumna), release emotional and energetic residue from the year, enter heart–brain coherence, create space for clarity to arise without force, and close the Solstice with an integrated ritual. This is a grounded, embodied practice rather than a high-energy activation, offered live on Zoom. No prior experience is required.
