About this gathering
Anahata means the unstruck sound: a resonance not produced by two objects colliding. The heart is therefore more than emotion or romance. It is the field where opposites can be held without violence and where love matures into truth, boundary, grief, courage and devotion. The interpenetrating triangles reveal ascent and descent, receiving and offering. We distinguish compassion from rescue, intimacy from fusion and forgiveness from bypassing. Rakini, Hrit and Vishnu Granthi deepen the study of the heart beyond sentiment.

Practice and Integration
The live immersion includes source-based teaching, Kundalini Yoga, mantra, meditation, embodied inquiry and a closing integration period. Practise one truthful boundary, one act of repair and one act of generosity that does not seek recognition.
