About this gathering
Mula means root and adhara means support. Muladhara asks what supports the life we are trying to spiritualize: food, sleep, shelter, livelihood, belonging, family systems and relationship with the Earth. The square teaches stability and boundary; the elephant teaches memory and carrying capacity; the coiled Kundalini reveals power held in potential. We explore Brahma Granthi, inherited survival patterns and the Lalita Sahasranama image of Sakini in the root centre, while carefully distinguishing its yogini assignment from other tantric sources.
What We Will Explore
- Earth tattva, the square, four petals and Lam
- Dormancy, containment and grounded strength
- Brahma Granthi and inherited survival patterns
- Sakini, ancestry and source-sensitive yogini study
Practice and Integration
The live immersion includes source-based teaching, Kundalini Yoga, mantra, meditation, embodied inquiry and a closing integration period. Stabilize one practical foundation, reflect on known ancestral patterns and spend silent time in direct contact with the Earth.
A few things about this place
A weekend booked together costs less than its days bought apart — the saving is real, not a note.
A calm check-in console at the door: search names, tick people in, see who's here.
New to all this? The “first time” path is built for exactly that.
