About this gathering
Kundalini is not a dramatic sensation to possess or perform. She is the concentrated power of consciousness. This module studies Ida, Pingala and Sushumna; the relationship of prana and apana; and the three granthis. Brahma Granthi binds through survival, habit and material identity. Vishnu Granthi binds through emotion, relationship, preservation and spiritual roles. Rudra Granthi binds through knowledge, visions, certainty and the identity of being advanced. We also restore the neglected movement of descent: insight must return as conduct, nourishment and service.

Practice and Integration
The live immersion includes source-based teaching, Kundalini Yoga, mantra, meditation, embodied inquiry and a closing integration period. Track lunar and solar modes, identify one expression of each granthi and practise balanced breathing followed by grounding.
